Consultations
- As soon as payment is confirmed, the booking is made and a confirmation with a calendar invitation is sent to the email address you booked with.
- Reminders are sent about 24 hours and about one hour before the slot.
- The consultation is delivered at the booked time as a private audio call inside the Karmik Architect app, or, for some bookings, through a Google Meet link in the invitation.
- A private chat with your practitioner is available from booking until 14 days after the call.
- If you consented to recording, the transcript is delivered to you in the app after the call.
Courses
- Access begins immediately after payment, on karmikarchitect.com and in the app, signed in with the account you bought with.
- Lessons are streamed; they are not downloadable files.
- Access lasts for as long as the course is offered, and in any case for at least 12 months from purchase.
App features
Paid features in the app are made available on your account as soon as Google Play, Apple or Razorpay confirms the payment.
If something does not arrive
If you have paid and did not receive a confirmation within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to privacy@karmikarchitect.com with your order id. If we cannot deliver a service you paid for, you receive a full refund under our refund policy.
