They are not a diagnosis or treatment of any physical or mental condition, and they do not replace a doctor, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or other registered professional. Never stop, start or change a medicine or a treatment because of anything said in a reading.
The evidence for astrology
The scientific basis of astrology has not been established. That is precisely why we research it. Where our teaching or a practitioner states a traditional interpretation, it is a tradition, not a proven fact, unless we say that research supports it.
The Astrotherapist credential
“Astrotherapist” is a platform credential issued by Karmik Architect, a service of Parimarjit Healthcare Private Limited. It is not a mental-health qualification, not a medical or psychological licence, and not a substitute for care from a registered practitioner. It shows that the holder completed our training and agreed to our code of conduct. Some astrotherapists also hold professional qualifications; where they do, their profile says so, and those qualifications are their own.
No guarantees or predictions of certainty
No one can guarantee events, dates, outcomes, cures, marriages, wealth or success, and our practitioners are forbidden from doing so. Decisions you make after a reading or consultation are your own.
Remedies
Any remedy suggested, such as a practice, a ritual or a change of routine, is optional and offered for reflection. We do not claim that any remedy, object or substance cures a disease or disorder, and our practitioners must not either.
AI-assisted features
Some features use artificial-intelligence models to explain a chart. Their answers are probabilistic and may be wrong. Treat them as a starting point, and confirm anything important with a licensed astrotherapist.
Accuracy of calculations
Our chart engine is carefully validated, but a chart is only as accurate as the birth time and place you give. A few minutes' error can change the ascendant and divisional charts.
Practitioners' views
Practitioners speak for themselves in consultations. Their views are not necessarily ours, though they are bound by our code of conduct. Report any concern to our grievance officer.
